Due to the labor-intensive nature of submissions, social media interaction, ad design and any of our other custom services, refunds will not be issued once work has begun or ads have been posted.
Book Purchases
All book purchases through this site are conducted through the individual bookseller (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Smashwords etc). We have no participation in these transactions, other than possibly receiving an affiliate fee. This fee is paid by the bookseller, not the book buyer. Refunds for book purchases are easily obtained through Amazon, Barnes and Noble or any other applicable online bookstore by consulting with their respective customer service departments.
